Psychotherapist
Louise Daly
Louise is an accomplished and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Combining Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, she helps clients explore the unconscious thoughts and emotions that shape their current lives. By uncovering these deeper patterns, Louise empowers individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
With extensive experience in the NHS Talking Therapies service, Louise has supported both low- and high-risk patients facing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem concerns. In 2021, she played a pivotal role in establishing a suicide bereavement crisis service for Mind in City, Hackney, and Waltham Forest, providing immediate emotional support to families across eight Northeast London boroughs. In this role, she mentored peers, led group wellbeing sessions, and focused on grief and healthy coping strategies, reinforcing her expertise in trauma therapy.
Now in private practice, Louise offers both short-term and open-ended therapy, tailoring her integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her practice is grounded in empathy, ensuring clients feel respected, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Outside of work, Louise prioritises her own well-being by staying active at the gym and maintaining a balanced lifestyle values she also encourages in her clients.
