The first step on your journey with our Nutrition Support involves a discovery call, where our Nutritionist/ Nutritional Therapist can provide a full assessment to understand your main concerns and needs. Following a discovery appointment, we can then book you in for a face-face appointment.

What will my first appointment involve?
This will include a 20- minute complimentary discovery call where our Nutritionist/Nutritional Therapist will be able to provide a full assessment to understand your main concerns and needs. This will then be followed by a face-face appointment.
Are there any medical conditions you can’t treat with Nutrition Support?
Our Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist are not able to treat conditions such as- Eating Disorders, Cancer, Kidney impairment/failure, Children.
Do your Nutrition Support team have any specialities?
Yes, our Nutritionist specialises with supporting women in their midlife as they traverse through the perimenopausal period. And our Nutrition Therapist specialises in gut health.
