Kim Bayliffe

Kim brings over 25 years of business and management experience. After graduating with a degree in Business Studies in 1998, she built her early career in business and operational management at BT before moving into NHS GP practice management in 2010. Since then, she has managed large GP practices and played a key role in the rollout of local primary care services, including a large COVID-19 vaccination programme.

Kim believes that exceptional patient care starts with a happy, motivated and well-supported practice team. Her leadership approach centres on creating a positive, collaborative working environment where staff and clinicians feel valued, empowered and able to thrive.  As Practice Manager of Harpenden Medical Clinic, Kim is committed to providing outstanding, personalised healthcare and wellbeing services using the latest knowledge, skills and technology, while ensuring every patient’s experience is exceptional from their first enquiry through to their consultation and ongoing care.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys family holidays and getting out into the local countryside for walks. She is actively involved in her local community, as a coach for Wheathampstead Girls Cricket team and supporting her daughter’s school as Secretary of the PTA.
