Lesley Hastings

Lesley is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, qualifying as a RGN from the University of Southampton in 2000. She has worked across a variety of speciality areas in her career, in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Lesley completed an MSc in Clinical Research while working at Imperial college in London undertaking research in Rheumatology. She then went on to specialise in General Practice, becoming an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber in 2015. Lesley went on to become a teacher in Higher Education, working as a senior lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, completing a PgCert in 2019.

Lesley has always been passionate about providing the highest standard of care to all of her patients, values that align perfectly with the ethos of Harpenden Medical Clinic, where a holistic and evidence based approach to care is at the forefront of everything they do.

When not at work, Lesley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out in the gym and taking part in fitness competitions. She also enjoys travel, reading and going on long walks with their dog Milo.
